At Wiggle Wag & Go, LLC the cancellation policy reflects the desire to be as flexible as possible regarding your pet’s care needs. Wiggle Wag & Go, LLC realizes there may be times when clients do not need services to come as scheduled, however, Wiggle Wag & Go, LLC requires 48 hours’ notice of this cancellation. Clients who cancel under the 48 hours notice will be charged for that service fee that could be used towards future services within the next 3 months. Rates will be applied if clients do not cancel services/reservations including those times when Wiggle Wag & Go, LLC arrives to find that you do not need a visit, or your pet isn’t present.
